The first phone call placed to 911, after the first sentence, the operator could no longer be heard. Follow up call made to Lauren harden from the pool phone and tested. The sound was fine coming through both phones and no crackling or breaking up. Second phone call made to the 911 operator and the call was improved. Phone has crackling sound, but operator stated they could hear me clearly. Improve phone as necessary so that both parties can continue to effectively hear on the phone.

Several issues today with fence. On old section of fence (brick wall), several climbing hazards observed on private property adjoining pool, including climbable bush, fence, and trash bin. Correct these items. On new fence, <45 inch footholds at closers, brick pillar, and cable/electrical boxes on side of building. Closers relocated, top of fence extended by expanded metal screen at pillar. Climbing hazards at windowsill, knox box, cable box, electrical meter, and lock box corrected by paneling off windowsill and rendering cable box not climbable. All corrections made with durable materials screwed into building. CPO states that more aesthetically pleasing corrections will be made by moving cable box and adding Plexiglas over entire window. Strongly recommend contacting James Smith to verify work as soon as it is done. 919-868-9246
