COMMENT: The gate between the clubhouse and pool deck (gate to bathroom and showers) has more than a 2" gap at the bottom (gap was 3.5"). The gate is not a main entrance and according to CPO and the door to the clubhouse on the pool side remains locked at all times, not an emergency exit/egress door. EHS informed the CPO that before the clubhouse door is unlocked during an event, the gate must be modified so that the 2" gap is eliminated.

COMMENT: The chemical room has pool noodles, a lamp post, and various other non-pool chemical items in it; no chemicals were observed on site during inspection. CPO stated that they do not store chemicals on site but if need for chemical storage were to arise, the storage room would need to be cleared of any non-pool chemical items.
