During inspection EHS examined shellstock tags for oysters and clams that were delivered by Queen Anne's Revenge Seafood in Southern Pines, NC. This is the packer/shipper but not the harvester. The tags do not have the harvester's information on the tag as required by NC Food Code. The harvest date and location is listed along with the shipper's information. EHS discussed this with store manager and will follow up with Jeff French with the State.
