Several vents were damaged and cracked in outside breezeway areas. Breeze way vents were also dusty. All ventilation shall be clean and in good repair.

Inspection was conducted while several rooms were going through renovation and maintenance. Also repair leaking AC units so that they are not supplying a leak on the outside breeze way areas. Several AC units were leaking heavily.
