This facility uses Apriza 2 Lemongrass fragrance oxidizing multi-purpose cleaner, degreaser, sanitizer (nonfood contact), and deodorizer to sanitize vanities. This product is approved for this purpose but may not be used on any food contact surfaces like cups, coffee pots, etc without rinsing.
The shower basin in 109 was repaired. The repaired area is not smooth and easily cleanable. The wooden shower seat is very stained, and the waterproof finish is worn off. Resurface or replace the shower seat.
The sink in 239 is draining very slowly.
