Test strips approved for testing product concentration must be provided. Properly mixed chlorine or quaternary ammonia sanitizer must be available for use in sanitizing the guest room vanities. After cleaning, the sanitizer should be sprayed on and left for at least 2 minutes before wiping off or may be left to air dry. Repeat violation. 1.0

7. The shower basin in 109 was repaired. The repaired area is not smooth and easily cleanable. The wooden shower seat is very stained, and the waterproof finish is worn off. Resurface or replace the shower seat. The sink in 239 is draining very slowly. 1.5
8. No separate sanitizer is available. After cleaning the bathrooms, the vanities and sinks need to be sprayed with a sanitizer that can air dry ( no wiping or rinsing required ). 1.0
