Wall in girls restroom, near library, needs repair of paint on wall. Paint has peeled off and bare cinderblock is exposed making the wall absorbent and not easily cleanable. Walls at sink in boys restroom, near library, needs to be cleaned.
Broken toilet tissue holder in same boys' restroom, center stall, needs to be repaired.

Vented door at FACP rm 1008 needs to be cleaned of dust accumulation. Wall at mop sink in custodial closet needs to be cleaned of splash and grime accumulation. Carpet in trailer 603 is stained and needs to be cleaned.
Walls need repainting/cleaning around paper towel dispensers in restrooms. These walls are not easily washable (not smooth).

General Comments
Chemicals with warning labels stating "Keep out of reach of children" such as sanitizer is to be kept at least 5 feet off of ground. Chemicals with warning labels in addition to "Keep out of reach of children" should be kept locked in storage cabinetry or storage rooms unless being used at that time.
Repair the broken faucets at upstairs restroom sinks and at restroom sinks in the first grade halls. Some are loose from the sink and some will only stay on for a second and are unusable for effective handwashing.

The water flow at the downstairs restroom sinks doesn`t stay on long enough. The sinks need to be adjusted so that the water flows for a longer span. The upstairs restroom sinks are timed better.

Any chemical which states "Keep Out of Reach of Children" (Clorox wipes, cleaners, rubber cement, etc.) should be stored in a locked cabinet. Hand sanitizer is Ok to be left out as long as it is stored on the teacher`s desk.

General Comments
Special Needs Kitchen - Anytime a dry food package is opened (sugar, crackers, etc.), the remaining food should be stored in a zip-loc type bag or a covered container. Remember to dispose of milk before the expiration date.
