General Comments
**Permit still showing 700 and 800 Halls as being permitted area. Director stated rooms have changed to 300 and 400 halls.
The shower bottom in Rm 800 has an area where a handicap seat was previously attached. This area has an edge which could injure a toe/foot. Fill with a waterproof sealant. Also the shower curtain in Rm 800 is hanging loose. Re-secure the shower curtain.

General Comments
Replace blown lightbulbs in fixture closest to the door in the seclusion room between 700-800 hall. Only Halls 700 and 800 were inspected. Conducted a walk-through of hall 900 which is not open yet.
