Soap dispenser mounted to the wall outside the splash-guard and above the rice warmers was moved during today's inspection to be inside the splash-guards. . . Shelving near the mop sink was moved during inspection to protect stored utensils from potential splash from dumping mop water. A protective shield may be helpful if shelving is moved to the left of the mop sink.
