General Comments
Remove the rusty nail protruding from the wall in the girls restroom (to the right of the sinks). The A/C is not working. The classroom temps were 85 degrees F. The temperature must range between 65 & 85 at all times. If the temperature goes above 85 degrees, you will need to call parents to come get their children and close the center. The hot water heater boiler is not working. It broke again on 9/23/2011. The water temperature is 81 degrees but it's only because the ground water is 81 degrees in the summer. This winter, the ground water temperature will range around 64 degrees or cooler. I will return in 7 days to re-inspect due to violation #29. Make sure that the chemical closet is locked with a key. You have until October 28th (30 days) to repair the hot water boiler. If it is not repaired by that date, the child care center will be closed. Check the hot water to be sure that it maintains a temperature between 80 & 110 degrees F.
