The support cable of the playground overhead sunscreen is directly connected to the building's power line utility pole. The metal support chain for the sand box sunscreen is also attached to this power line utility pole. There are potential electrical hazards due to the close proximity of live power lines to the metal support cable and chain. The chain and cable should be disconnected as soon as possible from the power line utility pole to prevent potential electrical hazards. A follow up visit will be conducted by this department to verify the removal of the sunscreens support chain and cable from the power line utility pole.
Toilets in the staff bathroom and in the first grade/kindergarten class bathroom have poor water flow for flushing. The toilets in these bathrooms require repair or replacement.
