17. Facility has letter from US Foods, stating their role in providing emergency backup food and water supplies when needed. However, other specific information/steps are not provided in the plan. Back-up water supply procedures must state how much drinking water to provide for residents when water utility has been disrupted, what to do with laundry and bathing needs and to immediately notify the Health Department if water supply is lost for more than four hours. Back up water supply plan shall provide for two liters of water per day per person for drinking. The backup water supply plan shall include a plan for either relocating residents or providing an alternative source of water for essential functions.
