The address posted on the emergency phone sheet (located above the phone) is incorrect. Listed as '3170 Retana Run'. Address corrected to: '3180 Horton Ridge Blvd'. Additionally the emergency phone number posted is the pool company's after hours line, not the actual emergency telephone's number. Better clarification is needed. No phone number posted. Phone number verified and posted. All items corrected in Sharpie marker during inspection. CPO corrected sheet online and is to print out the updated sheet, laminate it and post prior to opening. Permit issued.

The main pool pump on site at the time of inspection does not match the VGB information provided to PDSC. Current records indicate the pump is: Hayward 4,000 Series HCP75C. The pump on site is: Pentair EQ 750. However, the flow rate of the pump, at the time of inspection, does not exceed the maximum drain cover rating. Per new procedures to verify VGB documentation in the field: if the pump make and model don’t match the VGB documentation and the current flow rate displayed on flow meter does not exceed drain cover rating = don’t deny permit, but have the operator provide updated PDSC with accurate information. Operator filled out a new form for the pump during inspection. Updated forms were reviewed by EHS and sent to PDSC. No imminent hazard found in pump room at time of inspection. Visible bonding wire attached and intact to pump. Have an electrician evaluate all of the components to determine function, if not done so prior to permitting inspection. If an electrician finds a repair is needed, obtain an electrical permit from the appropriate municipality and have the corrections inspected. Flow meter functional. Flow rate of pump 310 gpm at time of inspection, which as mentioned above, does not exceed the maximum drain cover rating for either drain covers.
