The right exterior fence has footholds within 36" of the ground, horizontal members measured 30-34" apart on the outside of the fence. The horizontal members have been cut to about a 45 degree angle but could still act as a foothold. There shall at least 36" between horizontal members to prevent footholds. Multiple areas along the left side of the fencing have bent members that create a gap greater an 4"; there shall be no openings greater than 4" between vertical members, repair or replace fencing as needed. There is a warped/broken board at the 2nd to last panel at the far end of the right side wooden fence, repair. In the restroom hallway, the left window is missing the red stop latch, replace.
