Utensils that have been used to prepare, serve, or consume food or drink shall be returned to the dietary kitchen and shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Washing food service equipment and utensils is only permitted in activity kitchens that have a dishwasher or two-comp sink. CDI - director made aware of this requirement. Utensils will be brought to dietary kitchen going forward.
