8. 2-301.14; Priority; Employee used gloved hand to remove raw steak from grill prep table drawer and placed on grill, then proceeded to use utensils and handle raw tomatoes that are used to top sandwiches. Hands shall be washed when changing tasks, handling raw meat to ready to eat food and when changing gloves. Spoke with employee about the issue. Gloves were then removed, hands washed, tomatoes discarded and tongs obtained to put meat on grill instead of using hands. CDI 2.0
