The source of the leak causing this standing water must be identified and repaired. General Comments
Sleep cots for students were stored in the bathroom of class room #1205. Bathrooms are not clean storage locations. Class items stored in bathrooms can become a method of transfer for communicable disease including norovirus and stomach flu. The storage of these items is also an impediment to the cleaning and repair of these facilities. Medical supplies were stored on the floor of the health room bathroom. These items should not be stored on the restroom floor and should be moved to another clean location. Repair broken rim on the kiln for Art Class room #1502A. Hot water flow is not available in the special needs class kitchen at the dish wash sink. Hot water flow is needed by teaching staff to properly clean out feeding tubes used by students in this room. The school building is currently the temporary location for Brass Field Elementary School while that building is being renovated. Renovations should be completed there by June 5, 2022.
Drinking fountain on the 2300 hallway by the girls hall bathroom requires repair. This fountain is missing the spray nozzle on the fountain head.
