Significant improvement in storage areas. Thank you for your work in this area. Hot water observed at temperatures from 115-121 degrees F. Hot water can be anywhere in the range of 116-128 degrees F. Recommend slightly increasing water temperature to compensate for cooling weather. One sofa bed observed with no sheet. Please note that the Rules require two sheets for each bed, and speak to the sheets being folded under the matress. No exemption is noted for sofa beds. No prior documentation of discussion of this Rule. Beds made up so that the top cover is the top layer at the fold below the pillows. The Rules require that the top sheet be folded 6 inches over the top cover. (Person in charge states that all bedding is washed between guests. If this is the case, public health impact of this violation is minimal. However, establishments are still responsible for compliance.)Adjust procedure to meet this requirement.
