22. 3-501.16 (A)(2) and (B); Priority; Sliced cheese and breakfast burritos cold-holding above 41F in the 2-door reach-in cold-hold unit near the office as shown in above grid. Observed back door of this unit was wedged open when arrived with door stuck on bun rack next to it and large ceiling cable hanging down into it at the top. Maintain cold Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods at 41F and less. CDI- Obstacles removed and door fully closed at beginning of inspection. Food temperatures checked later above 41F, but not exceeding 45F, so all TCS foods moved to the walk-in cooler to facilitate cooling. 0.0
