used. All multi-use drinking cups shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily and before being used by
succeeding persons. Drinking fountains, if provided, shall be properly regulated and kept clean.

(a) All food, while being stored, prepared, served, and during transportation, shall be protected from
contamination.
Noted the floor tiles were missing for the following areas: broken floor tiles noted mid-room for H2G00B; missing floor tiles beside officer station H2F008; and the floor tiles in front of cell #27 in H1F00B were missing/ damaged. Repair and replace noted floor tiles to minimize the risk of trip / physical hazard. In local confinement H2F00B, detail cleaning needed for cells #06,#24 and #42. Ensure floors are maintianed in good repair and kept clean.

Observed a significant accumulation of dust build along the ceilings tiles and HVAC vents for confinement spaces H2H00B. Have ceiling tiles and HVAC cleaned and placed on a quarterly cleaning schedule.

In H2E00A the walls are chipped at the secure entry way.- Walls and ceilings shall be clean and in good repair.- Please repaint the wall where paint is chipping.

General Comments
Not efficient hot water in the classroom areas in restrooms; water temp was not measured with a thermometer but EHS was able to determine that water was cold and did not get warm; adjust hot water to approx. 90F-100F. For kitchen inspection refer to inspection dated 1/7/14 sips # 016159
