Due to the level of structural deterioration and loose reinforcement it is recommended to the school administration to not allow students to use of this slide until all safety repairs have been properly completed. The adjacent slide on this same play structure also has a cracked interior. Both slides require priority repairs for safety. The play structure adjacent to the pre-k playground has a loose platform railing. There is also a loose barricade wall on the platform of this same play structure.
