Meats shall be maintained at 41F or below unless being prepared. Sliding doors were open on display case upon arrival. Closed sliding doors to maintain temperature in unit. Manager to ensure this is not an ongoing issue with equipment refrigeration. CDI- spoke with manager about repeat violation and equipment calibration. EHS to make a follow-up visit to ensure unit is working properly. Full points may be taken in the future for repeat violations.
