Found a little pink mold build-up in ice machine chutes. Also, a few catch basins below ice dispensing chutes were soiled on the sides. Ice machines shall be maintained clean.

This is well above the maximum allowable limit of 128 degrees. Room 124 is of particular interest as 140 is definitely a scold hazard for children and elderly.

General Comments
This facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All lighting levels are at or above the minimum requirements. Rooms are very clean and the vanities are being cleaned and sanitized utilizing proper products and methods.
Ensure paper towels for hand drying are placed at the sink in the laundry room and stress to staff the importance of hand washing and proper laundry handling. Remove the "Clean" label from the laundry cart that had equipment stored in it.
Hot water temperatures in guest rooms were above the maximum requirement. 1st floor 140F, 2nd floor 135F, 3rd floor 137F, 4th floor 130F, 5th floor 133F. [Hot water in guest rooms shall be provided at a temperature of no less than 116F and no more than 128F.].

#8. Some of the Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer solutions, in spray bottles on cleaning carts, tested below the required minimum concentration of 200ppm. Use the test kit to insure proper concentration.

no sanitizer in use for the guest bathrooms; quat sanitizer is available for the kitchen; the same sanitizer can be used to sanitize the sinks and vanities after cleaning ( sanitizer is sprayed on after cleaning and left to air dry )
