The only ServSafe expires in May 2016. It would be best if all employees have a current ServSafe certificate since most of the time only one employee is working.
Clean the top of the white table where items are setting. Also clean the outsides of the blue coolers. Also clean the outside and the shelves of the blue drink display.
The sanitizer is too strong. To mix it properly put the tablet in a gallon jug and fill it with water. Then fill the sanitizer bottle from the jug. Also get an approved ice scoop and not the galvinized bucket.
