Entry ramp floorboards are loose, deteriorated, and warped on all of the modular class buildings. These loose and warped ramp floorboards pose the potential risk of trip and fall hazards. The deteriorated ramp floorboards also pose a potential risk of collapse under foot. Repair and replacement of these deteriorated and loose ramp floorboards is a safety priority. The ramp and handrails on trailer #4 are of a major concern due to the handrails being extremely loose and the entire ramp swaying from side to side when in use. Priority repair or replacement of the trailer #4 ramp and handrails is needed for student and staff safety. The ramp on trailer # 3 is also very deteriorated and requires priority repairs since it used daily by students. The entry ramp and deck floorboards, steps, and handrails on trailer #2 are also very deteriorated and loose. Priority safety repairs are necessary. The exterior siding on trailer #3 that is adjacent to both the ramp and deck entry doors is extremely deteriorated. This broken exterior siding requires repair to prevent water damage on the adjacent interior class walls and floors. Nail points are also exposed in these areas of the damaged siding and pose potential safety hazards. Repair roof and ceiling leaks in the following school locations: in the media center, in classroom #108, in classroom #402, in the interior ramp entrance room from the cafeteria floor to the stage, and in the hallway at staff bathroom #400A. Water-stained ceiling tiles in these locations should be replaced after the source of the leaks have been fixed. Replace missing ceiling tile in entry hall to staff breakroom #302.

Cleaning chemicals, chemical surface wipes, and white board cleaner must be stored out of reach of students in all classes. Store these chemical products in locked or closed drawers, cabinets, closets, or stockrooms. Modular class bathrooms lack adequate water flow for toilets. Repair is needed to prevent clogging of these toilets. A drainage diversion is needed on slope above exterior wall for room # 300. Surface runoff is flowing down hillside and pooling at exterior wall and seeping into room. Keep changes of clothing for special needs children stored in sealed containers in changing area of class bathroom. Keep all spare clothing and clean linen stored in sealed bins in health room/restroom. Wash linens/blankets from health room bench after each use. Sanitize this bench after each use. Repair split in gym playground ground cover to prevent trip hazards.
