General Comments
There were reports that squirrels are still inside the drop down ceiling and intercom system is inop due to wires having been chewed. There is what appears to be light blood stains in spots along the a couple of ceiling tiles in this room and a faint streak of blood on the wall (this is above the room entrance).
There was a report during the inspection that when it rains a light in room 613 leaks water.
The handicap access power door openers are not working at the building entrance beside room 833.
In building 700 clothes washing room there are a large number of igloo beverage coolers/dispenser. Many of these are very dirty, have mildew and are stored closed/sealed with water or beverage residual still inside. This is not sanitary and these must be cleaned and sanitized before use. Beverage coolers should be washed, rinsed and sanitized after use and stored with the lids off and inverted to air dry.
*****There is a very strong odor of mildew coming from room 107. There are no obvious signs of what is causing the problem, no visible mildew or mold, but indications are that the carpeting has been replaced at some time in the past due to a similar problem. Children with asthma might not need to use this room until the problem has been corrected.
Mobile Unit 3 water fountain has no pressure. Cafeteria water fountains have low pressure.2 water fountains , beside room 835, have low pressure. Mobile Unit 1 water fountain has low pressure. [Water fountains must have enough pressure to clear the mouth guard.
