The hotel is serving a breakfast that includes sausages, cooked oatmeal, and scrambled eggs. The hotel does not have a restaurant permit. This is considered illegal food vending and needs to be stopped immediately. You can only serve individually packaged foods like the breakfast sandwiches in wrappers. The customer then heats and opens the sandwich. Use oatmeal in individual packets. Fill out and submit a service request form to start the process of getting a permit for the breakfast area.

The ice bucket lid, the lavatory, its handles, faucet, and vanity is required to be sanitized using your quaternary ammonia compound at 200-400 parts per million. There was no sanitizer on the carts and the sanitizer dispenser is covered in dust as if no one is using it. You have the solution and the dispenser, you just need to use it. Provide and use the proper test strips to make sure it is at the proper strength.

There are things setting on the floor in the laundry room. There is also some slatted shelving that is too low to the floor but dust etc falls through the slats. All storage should be on shelves high enough to sweep and mop under or built like a proper cabinet base so nothing can get under them. Portable shelving must be at least 6 inches above the floor and non movable shelving is required to be 12 inches above the floor.
