Replace the broken mirror in the dance room. The older carpet in classrooms ( like 1106 )and teacher room in 3000 building are stained. There is moisture damage to the wall in 410, and the carpet is stained. The outside doors to the 400 building have corrosion damage. There is moisture damage to the wall under the AC unit in 302. The metal walkway cover between 200 and 300 building is very rusty, and paint is coming off in large flakes. The metal walkway cover behind the cafeteria is also rusty and has flaking paint. The black paint above the windows on the outside of buildings 300 and 400 is peeling off.

The caulking around the windows is mildew and sometimes ineffective due to shrinking and cracking. The windows in 601 seem to be in the poorest condition.
The higher structures in the gym are dusty. Clean walls and windows in the staircase in 2000 building. Clean the window tracks and blinds ( spider webs ).
