There is severe moisture damage and some mold in the hall across from room 1213, also in this area, there appears to be either moisture or termite damage to the baseboards, the wall and baseboards need to be repaired. Many classrooms throughout the older parts of the school have damage to the walls and ceilings, especially on exterior walls and around windows, repair these arear. Observed moisture damaged ceiling tiles and ceilings in the following rooms: 2404, 2407, 1320 and 1326. On the science rooms and science supply areas (151, 152, and 161-164) on the 1st floor, there is moisture damage around light fixtures and HVAC fixtures, repair these areas. Repair the crack and damaged plaster in the 1st floor stairwell near the cafeteria. The floor in the 1st floor custodial closet (1305) needs additional cleaning on the floors after an old sewer leak. The ceiling in 161-164 is sagging, the supports are rusted, repair. Several areas of the basement below the auditorium are damaged, repair walls. There is heavy mold growth in the boiler room floor, this area needs thorough cleaning, there also appears to be some moisture seepage from a behind a corroded metal plate on the wall. The window tinting on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the new wing is peeling, repair tinting.

#1(C) Several custodial closets have chemical dispensers hooked up to faucets with atmospheric vacuum breakers (AVB) but no pressure rated backflow prevention, AVBs are not designed to have any shut offs downstream and could malfunction and allow backflow. All mops sinks with chemical dispensers must have pressure rated backflow prevention.
#7(B) The supply closet (1318) has storage on the floor and the floor is not clean, storage should be stored in a manner that facilitates cleaning of the floors.
There is evidence of flooding in parts of both basement areas, the doors in these areas need to be properly sealed so that water doesn't come in, currently there are gaps under the doors. The water appears to be coming down the stairs from the outside and the drains in these areas seem to be clogged or non-functional
