There is sticky gum build up on flooring out side of gymnasium, dust build in E5 closet, and peeling wall outside of Art room. Must be in good repair and clean.
A lot of the old model water fountains had old pink or black build-up that needs to be cleaned. One of the newer model fountains only had build-up on one. Must keep clean. Suggestion made to replace if having difficulty cleaning the older water fountains.

There was a gap on one of the stairs in the auditorium. There was a lot of gum or sticky substance found on the flooring in the hallway leading to the locker rooms and gym. There was also sticky substances found on the flooring in the locker rooms. Carpeted floors throughout the school build-up have stains and need to be cleaned; carpet cleaning is scheduled for July of this year. Peeling wall outside of the are classroom. Must be in good repair. Also, need a flooring strip for the doorway of room 2523.

There was a lot of storage on the floor in classroom 2511 which will make it difficult for flooring to be clean in that area. Storage must be a minimum of 15 inches above the floor to help facilitate cleaning in those areas.

Dust build-up found on multiple ventilation units in the student restrooms, classrooms, gymnasium, and teacher restrooms. There were many damaged blinds found in the trailer classrooms. Damaged blinds also found in room 2507. Must be in good repair.
There was one toilet in the girl`s restroom in the 2707 area that was broken. There was on urinal that was broken in the restroom. There were three urinals that were not working in the 2711 area. There was on paper towel dispenser that was torn off the wall in the boys restroom There was one toilet in the girl`s restroom that was not working in the 2711 area. In classroom 404 there appears to have been a water leak. Clean the carpet in the classrooms. Replace all the stained ceiling title. There were water stains from a leak in the gym equipment storage room. The paint on the ceiling was peeling and starting to hang.

The floor in the boys locker room is starting to pit and the finish is coming up. Repair the ladies staff restroom on the first floor that had an out of order sign on the door. The janitor closet on the second floor had some storage on the floor. Keep all storage at least 12 inches above the ground.
A. The wood shop sink is missing a cold or hot faucet. The staff bathroom handsink in the modular unit has a loose faucet fixture. B. The towel dispenser is broken in the men`s restroom by the theatre and in the green hall by the boy`s restroom.
