Additionally, staff had no/incorrect/insufficient knowledge of disinfectant use, what to use, etc. After researching all of the products available at this facility, only ONE EPA approved disinfectant should be used for cleaning toilets, bathing equipment, lavatories, etc. and it needs to be available in ALL shared bathrooms at ALL TIMES. Discontinue using Orange Force for disinfection purposes and this is not its intended use. Instead, for ALL disinfecting, use the Oasis 299 disinfectant, item number 12146. No other cleaners available at facility are appropriate disinfectants. Additionally, only one, partially full container of this disinfectant was available at the facility, which leads me to believe that it may not be used nearly as frequently as is required (IN BETWEEN EACH PATIENT). Also, STOP USING BOTTLES LABELED FOR ONE CLEANER TO STORE ANOTHER CLEANER. THIS IS UNSAFE AND IS CAUSES CONFUSION OF WHAT CHEMCIALS ARE STORED IN WHAT BOTTLES.
