3 compartment sink has a booster heater at sanitizer sink that is no longer used, but is still hooked up and functional. EHS noticed debris in drain. When heater was turned on debris began bubbling up out of drain. Suggest removing booster heater or switching wash and sanitize compartments of the sink. If booster heater is not removed, it should be turned on regularly so that drains can clear.
