No PIC signature today due to COVID-19 precautions. Inspection report is emailed to PIC. Approved variance for use of 2-comp sink, but which methods approved not posted at the 2-comp sink. Post which methods approved so staff consistently wash/rinse/sanitize dishes. VR-VERIFICATION REQUIRED. REHS will return by September 16, 2021 to verify the sanitizer at 2-comp sink and at dish machine dispensing at required levels. DDBSA sanitizer can be manually adjusted at the 2-comp sink with test kit used to verify proper concentration met until repairs completed. Post directive signs at the 2-comp and dish machine to notify staff of procedure to use until repairs made.
