The hot dogs in the refrigerator were cold but other items such as pickles and mayo were not 41 degrees. Make sure that refrigerator is working correctly and maintaining food at 41 degrees or colder. Check the condenser and make sure it is clean. Provide space for good air flow past the condenser etc.
