Reminder: The drainpipe on the sinks must be cut to provide an air gap by November 12, 2022 or the operation permit will be revoked. This is a requirement on the transitional permit. I have marked the pipe with a sharpie to show were to cut the pipe. This is the only item left to complete on the transitional list.
