Several housekeeping carts inspected on guest room floors did not have the correct sanitizer (Oasis 146) used for sanitizing the bathroom vanity and handsink after cleaning. After cleaning, an approved sanitizer shall be applied to the lavatory and vanity and allowed to air dry...No sanitizer test strips were available for checking concentration of sanitizer. Provide test strips for this purpose. Approved concentration for Oasis 146 is 150-400 ppm. Ensure all housekeeping carts have this sanitizer available, and train housekeeping staff on how to use it properly.
