These foods may or may not require consistant temperatures of 41 degrees F or below for food safety. Recommend that management consult immediately with suppliers, manufacturers, or home office/store policies for additional guidance on how to properly handle these foods. A best practice would be to ensure that these items are moved to properly working refrigeration while consulting with policies/suppliers/etc.
