Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall meet the requirements specified in 40 CFR 180.940; Quat sanitizer range 200-400ppm. CDI - food employee added water and now sanitizer holds at 400ppm. Call Ecolab to repair the issue. Add water to sanitizer and check with a test strip until it if fixed by Ecolab.
