THE REAR ENTRY GATE HAS BEEN TEMPORAYILY FIXED WITH AN ADDITION OF A MESH ATTACHED TO THE OUTSIDE. A NEW FENCE SECTION IS NEEDED THAT WILL BE THIGHT OF THE MESH ATACHED. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE POOL OPNENING. THE VGB APPROVAL FOR THIS POOL EXPIRES JAN 2020. THE POOL WILL NOT RECIEVE AN PERMIT NEXT POOL WITHOUT THE VGB BEING RENEWED AND THE PAPERWORK RECEIVED AND RECORDED IN THE SYSTEM.
Self closing, self latching gates need adjusting. Also, a section of fence adjoining playground needs a barrier so there is no foothold from playground fence to pool fence(complied during inspection). CPO will contact HOA for permanent barrier.
Only pool entry for residents - left side of clubhouse. French door leading from clubhouse to pool deck. 1 side self closing/self latching. Other side to remain bolted closed as door manufacturer designed.

Gate to pool enclosure was locked with a chain and could not be opened. Management has until May 15,2009 to remove lock and chain and demonstrate that gate is self latching/self closing or permanently seal gate so that it is a part of the surrounding fence and can not be opened. If this has not been done by May 15,2009 the pool operation permit will be suspended.
