The red food color powder to color the sauce is an approved additive but it has a limit of 1 Gram of food color per 110 ml of solution. My recommendation is to purchase red food coloring that does not have this type of restriction.

The chicken kabobs are pre-cooked, frozen and held in a bus tub. The chicken should be in a cooler. They may not stay cold enough in a bus tub on a warm night. I need to follow up on the water system with in 10 days. Please get the water pressure repaired so both the cold and the hot water are flowing so the employee can easily wash his hands. Call me at 919-868-9244 when you are ready.
