Bleach solution shall be 50-200ppm. Solutions re-made during inspection and new solution at 50-100ppm. Ensure all buckets are at least 50ppm. Educated to fill three compartment sink with sanitizer and test solution then fill buckets from sink solution, or test each bucket individually.
