Plumbing system and hot water heating unit on the food truck have been repaired and replaced. Normal water flow under pressure on the food truck has been restored. No leaks on water supply lines were present at the time of inspection. Permit suspension is lifted. Normal operation of the food truck to prepare and sell food to the public can restart. No demerit items at the time of inspection.

Truck has new toasting oven installed which is a gas powered oven which requires ventilation; the oven appears to be vented out of the unit; EHS took pictures to take back to Plan Review department to determine ventilation is adequate.
