The reach-in unit in the back storage room was not working properly. These items were voluntarily discarded. In addition, breakfast sandwiches in the walk-in on a cart were observed above 41F. These had been thawing. Sandwiches moved to reach-in behind counter to stay cold. Ensure refrigeration units are working and monitor temperatures daily. Walk-in ambient temp was observed between 41 and 43F. Have temp adjusted down if TCS foods are stored here.
