39. 3-305.11; Core; The walk-in cooler has a slow, intermittent drip coming from the seam in the ceiling near the vent. Water was observed dripping onto the floor and creating a splatter. Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination. PIC stated the drip had been fixed since previous inspection and recently started dripping again. No points were taken on the previous inspection. A follow up visit will be conducted to check on this repair. Repair this drip to avoid full points and possible action against your facility permit. 1.0
41. 3-304.14; Core; After wiping the thermometer probe and checking temperatures on the cookline, the wiping cloth was placed on a cutting board.
