EHS strongly recommends obtaining a digital thermometer. A bi-stem thermometer is provided; however, these are not as accurate and are hard to read, making it more likely that employees are less likely to use it. Obtain a digital thermometer.
3-304.14; Core; Wet wiping cloth used to clean espresso machine stored in a container with no sanitizer. Wet wiping cloth on counter under cold brew spigot. When not in use, wet wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer at the appropriate concentration. Ensure wet wiping cloths are properly stored. Do not use wet wiping cloths to soak up coffee from a dripping spigot - instead, fix the spigot or alternatively, wipe the coffee periodically and return the wiping cloth to a bucket of sanitizer.
