Repair nonfunctional drinking fountain dispensers for water bottles on the 1100 hall, 1300 hall, 2300 hall, and on the 3300 hall. Eight total drinking fountain water bottle dispensers are nonfunctional and require repair.

There is a small hole by the metal cap in the bathroom wall in Rm 1309. Several toilets in the boys bathroom 1123 and restroom 1127 had odors due to toilets not being cleaned (urine was left in them); maggots were in the toilets in boys (1314. The toilet dispenser is broken in one of the stalls in 1125 (girls) as well as the handicap stall in 3320 (boys). One of the first three toilets is leaking in girls bathroom 3322 and one of the urinals is leaking in boys 3320 causing puddles to form along the wall and floor. Toilet room walls, ceilings and fixtures shall be clean and in good repair. Please submit a work order for the hole in the wall to be repaired, the repairing of leaking toilets and replacement/repairing of the broken toilet paper dispensers.

One of the faucets in the art room, Rm 1207 and 3326 need tightening. Several of the sinks in the girls and boys bathroom either had rust build up along the faucet area and piping or staining from not being cleaned. The picnic tables and the 3rd-5th grade playground area are showing signs of wear and tear - the red foam/rubber has come off in places and paint is coming off the tires. Several spider webs are attached to the playground equipment - please have them removed before children play in these areas.
