Inspection of food truck completed. Permit suspension has been lifted. The plumbing and water line leaks on the food truck have been repaired. Water flow under pressure has been restored to the mobile food unit. Hot water flow has also been restored and hot water temp. was 100 degrees F. at the hand wash sink. Normal operations including the preparation and selling of food to the public on this mobile food unit can restart. No demerits at the time of inspection.
