There were sandwich trays stored close to the handwashing sink, used for big orders. Suggestion was made to install a splash guard for the hand sink if this storage continues to help prevent contamination of water to sandwiches or single service tray. Prep table or cart could be used instead of that surface beside of handwashing sink.
