In Chemical Room, forced ventilation detected but low. Improve air flow to the chemical room.
In the Chemical room, non-chemical storage observed including tiles, paper towels, and strainer baskets. Chemical rooms are limited to chemical storage only. Remove the non-chemical items.
In the Chemical room observed paper-bag chemicals stored on a low pallet, less than 12-inches off the ground. Move the chemicals up so stored at least 12-inches up off the ground.
