The ambient air temperature of the cooler was 50F. Pickled carrots on the countertop was holding at 85F. TCS (Time/Temperature Control for Safety) foods that are being held cold shall be maintained at 41 for below. CDI- PIC immediately removed all foods to other available units of refrigeration to cool. Work order was placed during inspection. Pickled carrots were immediately cooled when discussed.
