The sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was not measuring any sanitizer solution on the test strips. The Quat sanitizer must be 200 to 300 parts per million. Check the sanitizer daily to ensure that the proper sanitizer is being used. The sanitizer solution was corrected. Clean dishes were stored in a greasy container. All food contact surfaces must be placed on a clean surface.
